Paid Search Manager
Glass Atlas are looking for a Paid Search Manager to join their Performance Division.

Although this role is advertised as hybrid, there is flexibility around this and there is no requirement to come into the office on certain days or for a set number of days.
Summary
As Paid Search Manager you will lead the day to day running of Paid Search accounts. In a Paid Search Manager role you will lead the delivery of client accounts, including taking accountability for performance and outputs, stakeholder management and relationship building, as well as supporting in defining strategy. As part of being a Manager you will coach/mentor junior team members and are also responsible for overseeing the quality of their outputs.
Client Responsibilities
In a Paid Search Manager role you will lead delivery of client accounts, including taking accountability for performance and outputs, stakeholder management and relationship building. You are expected to demonstrate complete understanding of your clients performance.
Working alongside the Specialists, lead the execution and delivery of Paid Search tasks and activities for your client portfolio, consistently and proactively undertaking these to a high standard.
Working with the Leads, proactively contribute towards defining and directing Paid Search strategies and roadmaps for clients.
Be comfortable conducting robust account audits and providing clear, actionable insights to clients and other stakeholders.
Lead client calls and quarterly business reviews, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple stakeholders.
Proactively identify and escalate any client performance or sentiment issues, whilst diligently implementing and offering solutions.
Work alongside the Client Services team to manage client expectations, taking ownership for Paid Search strategy, delivery and comms.
Troubleshoot accounts and proactively identify errors in account setup, product feed structure, etc.
Produce Paid Search forecasts and performance projections.
Produce detailed performance reports and provide campaign insights (recognise the key details to effectively grow an account, resolve a problem or communicate effectively).
Operational & Team Responsibilities
In a Manager role collaboration is key. You will both effectively manage-up to the team Leads, and coach/mentor junior team members taking responsibility for overseeing the quality of their outputs. You will also liaise with other channel teams at Glass Atlas to contribute towards delivering a successful multi-channel approach for clients in your portfolio.
Provide support, guidance and training for Junior members of the team.
Produce training resources and deliver training as relevant for Team Accelerate, the Paid Search team, and the wider Paid Media team/agency.
Support new business efforts via case studies, audits and market analysis etc.
Take ownership of your team at times when Leads/Directors are on annual leave or unavailable demonstrating leadership qualities.
Suggest process improvements to better streamline account actions and work more efficiently.
Effectively communicate resourcing challenges/requirements with your line manager.
