Objectives of the Role:
The Paid Social Manager is a senior position at the agency. You will be responsible for the delivery of best practice Paid Social management throughout the agency. Working closely with other Paid Media Managers and Paid Media Leads as well as Client Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deep understanding of advertising tools such as: Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads and other available tools to deliver insightful performance.
Ability to lead on the delivery of Paid Social tasks and activities needed for clients, consistently and proactively undertaking these to a high standard.
Supports and contributes towards the creation of Paid Social strategies for clients.
Is comfortable carrying out robust account audits and providing clear, actionable insights to clients and other stakeholders.
Leads client calls and quarterly business reviews, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple stakeholders.
Measure and report regularly against agreed client KPIs to determine Paid Social success.
Ability to troubleshooting account and identify errors in account setup etc.
Ability to produce Paid Social forecasts and performance projections
Ability to produce detailed performance reports and campaign insights for weekly calls, meetings and adhoc requests from clients.
Keep on top of the latest Paid Social industry trends and product developments
