Paid Search Manager
Glass Atlas are looking for a Paid Search Manager to join their Performance Division.

What You'll Be Doing
The Paid Search Manager role is to lead the day to day running of client tasks, activity, reporting and communication. As a Paid Search Manager you are a key point of contact for clients, you take ownership of the tasks being delivered and ensure high standards are consistent, along with proactively seeking ways to maximise performance. This role requires you to have the ability to line manage and develop people within your team, through leadership and mentoring.
Demonstrates ability to advise on strategy across multiple channels/platforms, including PPC, Display GDN, YouTube, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to lead on the delivery of Paid Media tasks and activities needed for clients, consistently and proactively undertaking these to a high standard.
- Supports and contributes towards the creation of Paid Media strategies for clients.
- Is comfortable carrying out robust account audits and providing clear, actionable insights to clients and other stakeholders.
- Leads client calls and quarterly business reviews, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Measure and report regularly against agreed client KPIs to determine Paid Media success.
- Work with in-house teams to implement Paid Media actions to benefit Paid Media performance.
- Liaise with other channel managers and channel leads at Glass Atlas to coordinate a successful multi-channel approach.
- Spot opportunities to explore additional channels/services where it would benefit the client, including account optimisations, technical setup, etc.
- Ability to troubleshooting account and identify errors in account setup, product feed structure, etc.
- Ability to produce Paid Media forecasts and performance projections
- Ability to produce detailed performance reports and campaign insights for weekly calls, meetings and adhoc requests from clients.
- Keep on top of the latest Paid Media industry trends and product developments
- Attend and take active part in multiple industry conferences, events, meeting with key suppliers (Google, Microsoft, etc.)
- Supports on new business opportunities and has the ability to contribute to pitches, RFPs and tenders.
- Line management of direct report(s).
- Produce and deliver training for Team Accelerate, the Paid Media team, and wider agency.
- Suggest process improvements to benefit the Paid Media department.
- Assist channel leads to drive innovation across PPC offering and other Paid Media channels
- Maintains and proactively seeks to develop high standards across the Paid Media team.
